Data monitoring and statistics module

Statistics module allows to make graphic reports according to the recommended formats, described in regulatory documents:

• GOST 32965-2014 (annex G and D)
• Order of the Ministry of Transport №114 (annex №3)
• Road industry methodical document 218.2.032 (annex D)

Flexible period setting allows the user to make a report for a year, month, week or another time period and to configure the grouping interval by month, year day, hour or minute (1, 5, 10, 15, 30).

MAIN TRAFFIC PARAMETERS AND TRAFFIC FLOW CHARACTERISTICS BY DIRECTION THAT CAN BE FORMED BY THE STATISTICS MODULE

• average annual daily traffic intensity by vehicle type
• total average annual traffic intensity
• average annual traffic intensity referred to a passenger car
• maximum hourly traffic intensity for a year
• maximum hourly traffic intensity, referred to a passenger car
• maximum hourly traffic intensity, repeating for no less than 50 hours
• maximum daily traffic intensity
• vehicle composition
• average vehicle speed
• traffic density
• road capacity
• traffic service level
• congestion indicator
• speed limit on a certain part of the road, not exceeded by the most part of vehicles in the traffic flow

Statistics module helps to perform the following tasks:

• evaluation of traffic condition and its reorganization
• detection and prediction of development of traffic influencing processes
• developing software for complex transport infrastructure, complex schemes of traffic organization and traffic organization projects
• defining activities for traffic organization improvement
• assessment of the implementing measures quality aimed at ensuring traffic efficiency
• control in the field of traffic organization
• providing Government, legal entities and citizens with reliable information about the traffic condition

In the system vehicles are classified according to the order of the Federal Road Agency from 12.08.2013 № АК-1/51. Moreover, in the system there is possible to configure vehicle classification with the specification of conversion factors to the passenger car flow (EUR6, EUR13, Code 396.1325800.2018 etc.).

On the main page on an interactive map the user can select a sensor and study the information about the current traffic service level (the last 5 minutes of data). The service level is defined in accordance with the Russian Government decree from 16.11.2018 №1379 and with the regulation of the Ministry of Transport from 27.12.2022 № AK-337-P.

Reports are displayed in table and graphic format with the possibility of uploading on an external drive.
