One of the prior directions of Sorb Engeneering LLC development is advanced training and professional development of the company staff and employees of the ITS field. From the company foundation Sorb Engineering LLC employees carry out training and deliver lectures about technologies, innovations and features of the industry for the company staff and its customers.

For a more extensive solution of recruitment problems on the site of the Digital Transport Age Association was created the Competence center, where we tried to gather main suppliers of subsystems and systems from agglomerations.  

The ITS Competence center of the Digital Transport Age Association is a training place for profile specialists and a unique laboratory demonstration site. In the experimental demo laboratory are assembled and connected peripheral and program subsystems of different developers, which makes it possible for specialists to train on practical examples.

The general director of Sorb Engineering LLC Videnev Alexander Sergeevich is the vice president and a leading expert of the Association.  

In the Competence center of ITS on a regular basis are held qualification enhancement courses for department workers and specialists of the ITS field all over Russia. And the center experts interact on the industry agenda with departments, regional offices and institutions.

The participants of the training attend intensive courses on the basis of building an ITS, creating digital infrastructure of automobile roads, get acquainted with technologies, full-scale equipment and software, and exchange experience with each other, which is necessary for the development of the field of ITS as a whole.
