The integration system is designed to automate the following activities related to the organization and management of road traffic:

• Traffic monitoring, including transport flow parameter monitoring and weather monitoring systems
• Urban ground traffic management, including the implementation of adaptive network traffic signal control on certain sections of the road network
• Coordinated traffic light control on specific road network sections
• Coordinated traffic light control on specific road network sections
• Monitoring of public and special transport, including vehicles used by fire services, police, emergency medical services, rescue units, and municipal utility services
  
• Operation of the geographic information resource
