Automatic incident detection module

Events module allows to carry out traffic monitoring to detect road accidents in the traffic flow. 

INCIDENT’S DETECTION AND PROCESSING CONTAINS THE FULFILLMENT OF THE FOLLOWING TASKS

• time and incident location recording
• receiving of photo-and video-materials from cameras in the road accident area
• forming the incident card
• performing the track of the vehicle movement
• recording information about the detected incidents
• road incident verification by an appointed operator
• information interaction with external systems while processing and incidents detection

Web-interface displays last detected and previously ranged by type events on an interactive map and also allows to make an event report for a selected period in graphic and table form with the possibility of uploading on an external drive.

Road accidents are detected by the system according to the rules set up by the users. For example::

• incorrect direction of the vehicle (direction of movement does not match the lane direction)
• vehicle stopping
• non-observance of the speed-mode (speeding or slow motion)
